I really appreciate these slippers. The only bootie I've found that leaves toes free and allows my full foot to move naturally in every way. The sole is completely flexible, though plenty thick to cushion and protect the foot, and it is completely flat - with no arch support, which is an invaluabl...

I think you answered your own question. Since these are closeouts, I think it likely that the sizes you need were not available since so many men and women have feet in your size range.

Your customer has a point. My son is a 10 1/2 so a 43 would not work for him. By the way, I bought a pair of slipper booties for my 87 year old mother for Christmas and she loves them! wears them all the time.

I've been asked to respond to this question -- but I am just a fellow customer and have no control over the manufacturing process. My guess would be that size 44 was a popular size and is sold out.

Size 44 is currently sold out. Due to the nature of the closeout business, we often receive items in limited quantities. Therefore, popular sizes and colors can sell out quickly. Occasionally we are able to reorder a product, but closeout items are typically unable to be reordered. We suggest signing up for the My Updates as the best way to monitor incoming products. You will receive email notifications of our newest stock items.

Hi, David. I think I have the same question as you. My feet are 10 1/2 Wide, and a 44 size would be right. I can't answer your question, because I bought the Booties for my wife. (size 7/8 Women). sorry.

Hi_These are close outs so we get them at a lower price and 44 were sold out. I did buy that size a number of months ago.I found that they ran large but since you bought size 43 you would know how they fit you. I like them very much since they keep my ankles warm, i have found wool is a lot warmer than synthetic fabric.
Keep these in your cart the size you want and check back, they do get returns.

I too think it would be a good idea to make a size 44.

This hasn't been a problem. The soles are more wool, no synthetic. We have wood, linoleum and area rug wool carpets for flooring. Good luck.

No problem with static electricity for my husband, me or our grandgirls that I am aware of. This is the second winter for us with the slippers and I have worn mine a lot on both hardwood at our cottage and carpet in our home. I continue to buy these slippers for our family.
Happy New Year!

They are not gummy. They have several layers, nay many layers of boiled wool. I thought that in the beginning they were a little slippery. You could slide on wood floors like you were sliding on ice. They are not slippery like you will fall at least to me they are not. They have aged and gotten less slippery. I love mine because they are very warm and made of natural materials.
