Very dense

I am a U.S. size 6.5 and ordered the European sz.36, but they were too small. I have a pair of Birkenstocks size 37 and figured since the Birkis are a loose fit and I wanted the slippers to be a snug fit, I would order down a size. I exchanged the slippers for a size 37, I hope they fit. They are made of a very dense wool and should be long-lasting and warm.
