Wesenjak Slipper Slides - Boiled Wool (For Men and Women)

Very nice slipper, but the conversion to U.S. sizes is wrong. I ordered a 44. It should've fit a U.S. size 11. The slipper was more like a U.S. Size 9. Men, order a full two sizes larger.

I read a lot of the reviews before ordering these, so I had a pretty good idea of what to expect--and I wasn't disappointed. These are a light-weight slipper good for wearing around inside the house only, you probably don't want to dash out for the paper or check the mail in these! Beautiful they are not...but they are very warm, so who cares what they look like! I ordered one size up and they still looked small, but actually fit just right and are very cozy--they seem well made, and I like that they are washable--I think they will last a long time. It took me a day or so to get used to wearing them because they feel so different from my heavy moc-style slippers; my heels were flopping out of them at first, but now they are fine and I like them a lot! These would be easy to pack for travel. The normal retail price seems kind of high, but they are definitely a good buy at STP's sale price...I will be picking up some more for family members.

These are really nice-looking and we wanted them to work. The European sizing is wayyyyy off, however, and in the end it was too much effort to keep trying to ascertain the correct size. These were bought for my husband who is a size 42. This 42 was only slightly large on our daughter who wears a 38. I wear a 41 and could not slip these on at all. We "guessed", and reordered two different colors in a 44 (in case only the one color was sized incorrectly) and both were unmistakably 2-3 sizes too small. These showed a new issue: they appeared to be very over-sized in the upper; they were still somewhere between 2-4 sizes too small for the stated size, and also seemed cut very "high" (as if the pattern for cutting the upper was too large); the top of our feet (we both tried them) was 1/2" or so beneath the upper. We returned these also, and decided against continuing to try to guess on this slipper.

Order at least a size larger.

I intended to use these for bedroom slippers only, and they are perfect for that reason.

We returned these slippers immediately. They were incredible small, and not the color shown as selected. Having said this, they were incredibly well made, and would have been very comfortable and warm, if they had fit. Wish they would have been available in a larger size.

These slippers seem to be made of left-over materials. Imagine a man (size 42) wearing bright red slippers with bright yellow binding. Absurd!

Should have ordered a size bigger...

Great slippers to have around the house. Can go outside too (for taking out trash, etc). Wish I had bought 1/2 size longer - a little short, but still comfortable.

I wear a size 11 1/2. Based on some of the reviews I ordered a size larger, a 46 Euro which is a 13 US. When I received the slippers I was amazed at how small they were... the size 46 could actually fit inside my 11 1/2 slipper! I didn't even bother trying them on as I could see they were 2" shorter then my old slippers. The size 46 is more like a US 8 or maybe a 9 at the most. Now I have to deal with sending them back or throwing them out. In one week's time the price has dropped from [$] to [$].
