These had a very curved footprint - imagine a set of parentheses with no words in between ( ). Way too big of a volume for a high-arched and long but skinny foot. Also, the right slipper's top was sewn at an odd angle to the base, causing a large gap on the right side rather than a snug fit. The materials looked high quality and I'm sorry it didn't work out because my old Austrian boiled wool slippers have finally worn through after fifteen years.
