Nice trim fit, but no need to size up. Soft interior and not stiff, unlike North Face's windwall.

I wear this in the cold office. AC is very cold and it is in the 40s in the mornings. I switch my business jacket for this once I'm in the office unless I have a meeting. VERY warm and almost a tailored look to it t he way it tapers in at the waist. Able to fit a 5'10" size 12-14 woman. Business casual.

This jacket is my usiness casual go to jacket. I kept it for the warmth - it is warmer than any [...] polarfleece I could have worn. However I would have preferred a darker more dressy look. The grey fabric is VERY flannelly and way lighter than the photo indicates. Too pricey for this casual look frankly.

I love this jacket. I tend to dress pretty casual most of the time, and wanted a warm coat that looked more stylish than my typical down coat. The fit is classic, tailored almost. The fabric looks and feels great, a bit of stretch to it, and is lighter than I had expected, but still warm. The wind stopper membrane works great, and still ventilates. I can't easily get it on over very thick bulky sweaters or sweatshirts, though. It works better over thinner layers. The only downfall I have found is that there are no inside pockets, but it does have a nice chest/Napoleon pocket instead. Awesome jacket and great price point for the brand.
