    I didn't like the under layer fabric. That fabric was not substantial enough to keep me warm in the U.P. even with other layers. Other than that I thought it was a good enough jacket for the price.

    Great jacket but the fleece liner snaps in at three points (neck, and wrists). It would be a perfect jacket if the fleece liner zipped in but it does its job - keeps me dry during rain and warm during cold.

    I will pack this for my Summer Spring and Fall living in Canada. I can take out the liner and use it alone, use the coat for fishing in warmer weather and put the liner in for cooler weather. All around good jacket to pack if you don't know what the weather holds.

    I bought this to be my primary alpine ski jacket. I am impressed by the quality of materials for the price. Lots of pockets, smooth zippers and great fit. I do find the inner fleece jacket a little cumbersome and could be warmer. When skiing I have better base layers, so hope to keep warmer using the jacket just as a shell. Right now it's been a week of 0-10 degrees and no skiing, so can't say too much.

    This jacket it a great deal for the price. It's well made, fits well, and it's very warm and dry. Both the shell and the fleece liner are nicely constructed. It's a very good basic jacket and it's perfect for the cross country skiing I've been doing this year.
