Very disappointing. These pants had the potential to be exactly what I wanted; however, despite good waist and leg fit and what appeared to be very good material and assembly technique the tailoring left zero room in the seat for even an average rump. The net result of wearing them would be a constant and uncomfortable wedgie. So back they go.

Lightweight and comfortable, these pants are great for all sorts of situations. Travel, work, errands, etc. The fabric dries quickly when they get wet and the sun protection is great for working outside. The two areas they could improve (but I see these are closeouts) is to add a mesh lining and to put more elastic in the waist band. Otherwise, these are perfect.

More comfortable than you would expect. Even after being being heavily rained on, they dry right on your body. If you decide to strip them off and hang on a branch they dry a lot faster. The fabric is strong enough to grind on rock and not produce a hole.
I have worn these, and similar pants, in the tropics, in the Serengeti, wading off shore of a lot of islands, I have slept in them happily and worst of all I wear them in the city.
You cannot go wrong!
