“The jacket looked great when it arrived but then I saw that the snap on the one side to keep the hood attached was missing. But it was warm and the weather had turned really cold here so I decided to live with it as it was. My mistake. It didn't last two months before the zipper stopped working. I cannot zip it up at all. What good is a warm jacket that cannot close? What a waste of money and now I ended up cold this winter anyway.”
