White Sierra Tek Rainwear Jacket - Waterproof (For Men)

Bought this for my teenage son to take to rowing camp. Kids don't always like to wear weather appropriate gear but this one passes the test.

Great for blocking wind or keeping warm on a cool but not freezing night. Great for biking in wet weather--the orange color stands out for visibility and the fabric really is waterproof. In general a very nice jacket for the price. The con: It only gets 3 stars because the zipper was poor quality when it arrived: 2 teeth out of alignment. We would have exchanged it immediately but there were no other coats in this size and model available by then. You have to keep it zipped up and pull it on and off like an anorak. Too bad, because everything else about it is very well made.

I recently purchased this jacket and it was a very well timed purchase. With the upcoming monsoon season here in Phoenix, it's a good idea to carry a rain jacket with you. I had bought it more on a whim and because I liked the orange color, which I would call more on the Tangerine side than true orange. Days after it arrived I found myself at an outdoor beer festival at which it rained nearly the entire time. This jacket performed wonderfully, it kept the rain off and breathed pretty well. I have thoughts of purchasing another one to keep in my vehicle at all times. One of the front pockets is a stow pocket that you can fold inside out and stuff the entire jacket into, very useful and packs the jacket quite small.

This is the best rain protection for the money that I have owned- great on a canoe trip on the boundary waters this August and a river rafting trip in Colorado with Hail!

This is a great jacket for camping in wet weather.Very waterproof. Packs well, and fairly light weight.My husband uses this by itself or with a pair of rain pants when its a downpour. If it's really hot and rainy this is a little warm.

We purchased this jacket for 2 of our boys to take on a trip to Alaska and wear on some fishing charters. We loved that it was waterproof (the main reason we bought it), roomy enough to layer under it but not bulky. And you couldn't beat the price, nothing else even came close to the value.

A nice rain jacket. Its first test was a sudden thunderstorm while camping in Acadia. I spent a little while outside in pouring rain while cleaning up the site. The jacket kept me nice and dry. It's a little warm, even with the pit zips open, but no more warm than any other rain gear for a similar price.

Bought this jacket for son to take on a boy scout camping trip. Light weight, easy to pack. Jacket is cut a little too tight. Hard to fit a sweatshirt under it. Kept him dry in some heavy rain.

Very nice jacket, appears to be well made. It's too soon to tell just how waterproof it is, but definately a good windbreaker. If I were to take issue with it, the only thing I would say is that it would be nice if the hood folded away into the collar. The blue color is much better in person than on the website. Time will tell how well it wears, but for the money it seems to be a great buy.

Got caught in a great rain storm and the jacket held up real well.
