This jacket has a rubberized film on the fabric inside the jacket. It does not breathe thru the fabric, but via a back vent. If you are bare-armed, when you sweat your arms stick to the film. The jacket is too warm in temperatures above 70 degrees. It repells water nicely; however, the interior film to stop water penetration is not breathable and causes condensation inside sleeves and across the chest. I'm a bit disappointed in this White Sierra product.
