They are very warm, but I like the traditional waffle weave instead of the new Comfortrel fabric Wickers recently switched too. I really like Wickers products and have recommended them to several other people (mostly women). For one, their products are quality made in the USA! Here in North Dakota, it gets really cold, so these are essential to stay warm and dry.

Answer New, out of package never worn, large Wickers mid-weights I have measured right at 31 3/4 with no stretching, etc., just laid out flat. There's about a 4" cuff at the bottom of the legs as well.
