    I work outside at night and these pants keep me super warm under snow pants without me overheating so I can cut back on wearing many layers. The cuffs around the bottom keep inside my boots so I don't get cold air seeping in. The pants have a soft microfleece-like lining. Very nice quality, maybe the best thing I have ever purchased from Sierra.

    I got these for my son who is 6'8", slender and works outside. I heard he was freezing. I was mostly concerned about the fit, since he's so tall, but was reassured by the reviews, and gave them a try. They're quite substantial and I don't think he's taken them off since receiving them! :-) And they DO fit! I tried to order a pair in a lighter weight, but they weren't "tall" at all. Be careful!

    I have a pair of these long johns that I received as a gift. They are very warm and comfy. I liked them so much that I bought a pair for my boyfriend. He is 6'3" and the pants were too long in the legs and from the crotch to waistband. Maybe if I ordered a size smaller they would have fit better.
