Answer As these are 2nds the sizing will be off possibly for each pair. They are running small so you should be able to wear a mens size. Look at the answers for other questions to get the waist size to compare to your own to help you make the best decision.

Answer In the medium size the waist measures 24-34" and the inseam is 31-35".

Answer That's my size, too. I found the Medium too small. Returned it today to exchange for Large. Before doing so, I compared it with #13149-Med., which is very similar construction, but medium-weight instead of light. The bottoms you're asking about were 3 -3/4" SMALLER in the waist and 3" shorter in the leg. This item is way out of line with the conventional interpretation of what "size medium" means.

Answer I'm about 34W/30L and a large fits me just about perfectly. So yes, I would recommend looking for a tall size, and then go with large. Hope that helps.
