I have not had the problems with fit that others have had and the quality seems OK (not top notch but fine for the price). The issue for me was all of these (including the thin light weight version) have relatively bulky cuffs that don't work well inside a ski boot. Once you tighten up the boot your are in for a world of pain.

His work could be categorized as active, stop & go in the ourdoors. Perfect for this use. Warm enough in the early morning but not too hot later in the day. Nice to find tall bottoms for his long legs; adds to comfort. Whatever blemishes are on these 2nds don't seems to affect the structure. Since this is an underlayer, it doesn't matter if there are visible blemishes. Can't speak about durability yet since he has only worn these a time or two. This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

Reviewed by Crabtree from MN on Thursday, January 31, 2013I ordered four black size L and one white XL. The black ones fit great (6-3, 215 lbs), were stretchy, comfortable, and very warm. The label says 91% Poly and 9% Spandex. BUT the white XL pair had a thin material (more like the Wickers lightweight underwear) which is not stretchy, fits too small, and is labeled 100% Polyester. I would have returned the white pair but didn't want to get stuck paying shipping both ways. Bottom line is, you might get a fantastic pair of long underwear, and then again, you may not.

It was very small at the leg cuffs and had no elasticity. I could barely get it over my feet. I have other brands in this size range with no issues. Had to return.

I'm a good 6'3"+ and really feel fortunate when I find a pair of 'tall' bottoms that not only feel and wash well but retain their length. This is it and if they still make these next year, I'll be purchasing another pair.
