Wickers Long Underwear Top - Zip Mock Turtleneck, Midweight, Long Sleeve (For Tall Men)

Cold weather pajama top. Great.

I wear it for hiking, biking, travel. It's a real 3-season layering item. The "tall" fits well.

I've used these tops for years as a base layer for hunting, both in the mid-Atlantic and desert SW. They are quiet, comfortable, and adjust to a wide range of temps. The long zipper allows easy venting. The material doesn't hold stains, and is easy to clean, even in the field. They will retain odor after a few seasons of use, just like any other synthetic, but at this price, you can retire and replace without regret.

We bought the Wickers top for tall men for our son who does construction work outside. He said the top, along with the matching Wickers long underwear pants, were wonderful. They kept him warm on the coldest of days. He liked the first set so much we ordered a second set. Gladly Recommend the Wickers Long Underwear Top as well as Sierra Trading Post for a great deal.

Neck not protected from end of metal zipper by little flap of material, as is common in better made clothes, so it's a bit uncomfortable when zipped up.

Would be a great product if stiching didn't unravel

I bought this top almost two years ago, primarily to use on cross-country skiing trips along the North Shore of Lake Superior -- where temps can be very cold indeed. The shirt almost immediately became one of my favorites: its combination of baselayer warmth and breathability, plus the option to zip the neck open after activity makes me start to heat up, made it a go-to garment... not just for skiing, but for snow shoveling at home or just for brisk walking in fall or winter or early spring. An unexpected plus is that the shirt is quite good-looking, and in dark gray it coordinates well with various overshirts, fleeces, and/or shells. It's comfortable to wear, is well-made, and the sleeves of my size L are even the right length for my (rather long) arms. I really couldn't be happier with this product.

Overall good product. Feels a bit big though.

Did not feel warm even when wearing my old conventional long underwear over top of this product.

Purchased for my husband to wear while cross-country skiing. He is happy with it.
