Correctly Sized?

Wickers is a good brand I buy often. Ordered this turtleneck for husband's ski wardrobe. Took out of the package and had to laugh at how small it was. Ordered a Men's Large, tag said that, but that turtleneck would fit me and I wear a size Small (4 or 6).
Truly wonder if manufacturer did not mislabel.
