I'm not diabetic but had heard that these can help with sore feet. These were like cheap loose fitting black dress socks. I do not have big ankles or calves but regular old sock gave more support. Not worth the time to send back. I've bought a LOT of stuff from STP and these might be the worst.

Nice socks can not go wrong with this brand but if you foot size is higher than 11 do not buy these as they are way to tight with large size.

These are nice socks for sure. They just don't fit very tightly so they don't stay pulled up all the way. Since they are for diabetics I 'assumed' they would be tighter. I wore one pair and sent the other back.
