3.0 out of 5 stars. WJ exodus II fishing pack.Reviewed by Mighty Ox from Colorado on Monday, May 14, 2018At first I was impressed with this brand, because it's came out with great thoughts for fly fishing gears. Such as floating devices in the wader, triangular up locking reel seat, and zip no technology... However, those are great ideas, but the company did a half way job for their products. I had their wader, it's leaked bad from the seam at knees down. This particular vest attached to the back pack the magnet of the outside compartment not strong enough to hold a small fly box.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great fishing backpackVerified Buyer Reviewed by Love2Fish from East Hampton, NY on Wednesday, May 9, 2018I have looked extensively for a good fishing pack at a good price and this one is it. Way less that Simms and just as good.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Even better than depicted on the websiteVerified Buyer Reviewed by bg from California on Tuesday, November 21, 2017I have not used it yet, but it looks quite functional. The ability to separate the front pockets from the pack should come in very handy. I wish there was a better description on how too use all the features.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Still looking for perfect gear storageVerified Buyer Reviewed by Love Creeks from Montana on Wednesday, April 5, 2017Pack is well built but does not have a waist belt. OK for light loads but not for "heavy loads". I tend to carry too much gear. Started with fishing vest but felt like the Michelin Man. Then went to sling pack but didn't like the fact that it seemed a hassle to unbuckel pack - move to front - then reverse. Seemed to work on summer days when not carrying too much gear. The William Joseph pack holds lots of gear - GOOD. The magnetic front pockets want to come open if overloaded. I like being able to hold fishing gear, jacket, lunch, beer, water, camera, and binoculars. (Did I forget something?) Needs waist belt.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Great storage, the magnets scare meVerified Buyer Reviewed by toby or not toby from san antonio on Friday, December 30, 2016It's nice to have a backpack for an all day fishing trip, especially hiking far afield. This pack holds a camelback bladder, my jacket, and food for the day and that's AWESOME! It has one 'built in' zinger, which is nice, but it doesn't have a lot of great places to hang others...not so nice. The straps aren't particularly comfortable, but it's far from the worst pack I've every worn and it keeps me from bringing the kitchen sink with me on trips. The trouble I have is that the fist time I used it, the magnetic compartment opened 'by itself'...I still can't figure out if it grabbed my snips and I pulled it open though movement, or if it grabbed my wading pole or what, but somehow it pulled open and my fly box was 30yds downstream before I noticed. Thankfully I did and I got everything back, but now I keep my flies behind the zipper and the handy magnet compartments I used for other stuff. Over time, if I have no other issues, I may go back, but for now I just don't trust the mags :-/

5.0 out of 5 stars. Fishing PackVerified Buyer Reviewed by fishordie from L.A. on Wednesday, January 21, 2015Appears to be exactly what was advertised for a great price. I knew there would be a few too many draw straps but I can just cut off the ones I do not need
or shorten them to my requirements. Just a snip with a sharp scissors and a touch to a lighter to reweld the loose ends of the cut nylon strap and I was ready to go. -
3.0 out of 5 stars. Exodus II Fishing PackVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from CA on Monday, January 19, 2015Padded next strap was damaged and not to the quality standards I am used to. Next strap is faux suede rather than stitched neoprene. Waiting for a replacement from William Joseph.
