I was afraid that it will be too stiff as I am used to running shoes on the soft side This is definitely a great deal. I consider getting a 2nd pair as a backup

The blue portion is kind of a dyed suede, so I'm keeping them back to wear with jeans in fall/winter. But, I like them so much I ordered a pair for mom & sis, too! I also bought the Wilson Pro Staff Classic II which are all leather trimmed in pink/green and look a bit more "spring/summer" to me.
