Inside bra too small

I bought this to match with the skirt- cute asymmetrical skirt line, and the top line too. Unfortunately the inner bra is at least a size smaller than the top. It feels like a corset, and hard to breathe.If you want it to work as a set with the skirt, go up a size on this top.
