Reviewed by Bag Lady from Michigan on Thursday, May 16, 2013I ordered these shoes for my child and one was missing an insole. No wonder they were so inexpensive. I know that they're Closeouts, but really, to have a kid's insole missing is ridiculous. Where am I supposed to get an insole for a kid? I called to see if they could be exchanged, but of course, there are none left in that size. The Customer Service representative was very nice and apologetic about it. She said to make up for it, she would send me a $5 STP gift gard (for a future purchase). My child thinks the shoe looks bulky and feels heavy too. I would return them for a refund, but after you pay for the return UPS shipping, it's not even worth the couple of dollars I would receive.
