Great little lighter to have around, I'd recommend attaching a lanyard to it because of its size it would be easy to lose.

They're smaller than I expected, which is good...that makes them easier to pack. I was able to blow out the flame, but I had to work at it. Really a nice, strong flame. I bought two: one for my day pack, one for my hunting vest. Great survival tool.

I bought this lighter as a back-up and it will serve me fine. The majority of my hiking/camping is done below 8,000' so butane is not a problem for me. I bought the bright orange and tied in a tether so it would be difficult to loose. Easy to fill and hot flame.

I bought this lighter for my husband - he smokes cigars while on the golf course. He has tried many different lighters with varying degrees of success in windy conditions. After first using this lighter, his comment was "this lighter is THE BOMB". On a very windy day my husband pulled out a cigar & his golf cart partner made him a bet he would not get the cigar lit. Needless to say, my husband won the bet! You can tell by how the lighter feels that it is a quality product & buying it with an email coupon made this an exceptional deal -- we love shopping at STP!!

Haven't had it for a long time, but sparks up great and does the job. Other reviews mentioning build quality of the hinge seem to be accurate, but it seems ok if you're not rough with it. Feel good about it at the price I paid.

I use this as a backup resource to start fires, stoves, etc. Small and very light weight. Easy to carry. Reliable in difficult weather conditions. I like the orange color, not likely to leave it behind.
