Reviewed by Mrs. Mike from Connecticut on Monday, March 25, 2013I used this as soon as I got it! It is really a great roaster. The size is perfect for my braised beef and it came out great. The roaster looks great too - we used the lid as the serving dish for the beef to hold all the juices. I would recommend this to anyone.
