It still performs beautifully and cleans up easily, but many things are more suited to cooking in a nonstick pan. I got rid of all my teflon type pans years ago and have been using carbon steel and stainless steel pans. This was my first ceramic coated pan.
I've used to for corned beef hash and sliced zucchini so far and it performs perfectly. I'm able to brown and crisp without any food sticking to the pan and cleanup is a breeze.
I really appreciate that the WMF pans don't have any rivets inside that make cleaning them more difficult and hope the ceramic coating holds up over time. This will be my go-to pan for frying potatoes and oodles of other things that usually end up sticking to my other fry pans. -
