“weird ridge inside these shoes”

“I have another pair of Wolky clogs that I love, and had high hopes when I ordered these, but there is a ridge inside the insole of both of these Wolkys,near the tip of where the toes lie, and it makes my toes go numb, so I am looking for an insert to lift my toes off that small ridge so I can wear these otherwise great shoes. I have never had a pair of shoes with this strange "toe bar" and hope I never get another!”
