That's how I feel every single time I put on this balaclava. Looking at it functionally, it's warm and comfy, breathable but not thin. I was thinking that it was going to be a little suffocating, but I can freely breathe with it on no problem and it keeps me toasty warm. I haven't used it in any near freezing weather yet, but I know that it'll serve me well when the Missouri winter winds kick in. The only drawback is that the seams are pretty visible on the outsides, making it look like it's inside out. It's only a cosmetic negative I rated it down because a five star rating is perfect. If there were half stars, I would rate it a FOUR AND A HALF STARS. Otherwise, a quality buy for a quality balaclava that will provide quality warmth.

I like merino wool for its warmth and breathability. This is a blend but mostly merino wool (96%)so should still do the trick. OSFA at least fits me!

I bike commute during the winter and a good baklava is key. I've tried silk, I've tried polypro, I've tried fleece and this is the best in terms of warmth and breath ability.
