These socks have it and after one wearing, don't appear to have lost any of their cushion/padding.

Also when not at work...dashing about. In ALL weather.
They absorb impact in addition to the described shoes, keep feet dry, feel good on, wash and dry beautifully. The heels get a bit thin, but I wear them HARD so 'tis to be expected. Great product!

Comfortable, great for keeping your feet warm on cold, old colonial house floors. But you can't wear them with any kind of high boot without them immediately sliding down your ankle and bunching under the sole of your foot. Very irritating and uncomfortable. But a great indoor sock.....until they start falling apart. I bought 7 pair and each has done the same. After a month of use and washing, the wool is coming in off in droves. Will leave enough on your floor to make a small hamster. Now all socks have big bald patches on the bottoms. This is washing as per instructions. A low quality garment I'm afraid.
