One of my better buys from STP. It's been a "money-well-spent" purchase this winter season. I've utilized this coat everyday since purchase and will continue to do so until the winter weather subsides.

Living in the South, one seldom needs a dress overcoat, but when the weather and to occasion align, one wants to look their best. This is that coat! A true bargain, classic style, warmth, and nothing but compliments from friends and envious strangers. Great deal!!!

Great coat, not too heavy in weight, easy to wear over suit, can't complain....great price!

We did receive the coat. The quality of this product did match the price point, meaning, it was an inexpensive coat and the overall quality of the coat is consistent with this pricing. We bought it for my husband to use on business travel where it might get some abuse and we did not want to ruin another cashmere coat he has for more formal occasions. So, honestly, this coat did meet our expectations for its use. Sierra Trading Post was terrific to work with - their customer service department is excellent. And I would certainly buy from them again. Thank you!>

  • Question “if I take a 48L suit jacket what size topcoat will fit? ”

Asked on 11/4/2013 4:47:24 PM by John from NH
    • Answer You would order a 48L.
Answered on 11/5/2013 11:09:43 AM by Jack from Sierra Trading Post
    • Answer I would recommend a 50L If you order a jacket the same sizes as your suit, it will fit a little tight. I wear a 40L and a few of my over coats are all 42L if I am wearing a suit jacket with them. to give me more room, walking from the house to the car, being able to drive comfortably is key.

    • Answer I would (and have) order both and return one. A 48L should, by definition and industry standard, support a suit/sport jacket underneath. You may find you like a looser fit. But if you were in a brick and mortar store, you'd be trying on both, wouldn't you? Check return policies; they should not penalize you.

      My two cents.
