I bought the coat because it says for workers in Alaska in freezing conditions. Because I take Metro Transit in Minnesota there is time walking and standing at a T-station. The coat has kept me warm and able to do this for about 5 years. I can't feel the cold in it. The only problem is the fit is just a little snug in the chest. Absolutely is able to get me where I need to go in severe temperature in MN. Was a very good find and good purchase. I don't know how to replace it.

She wears a Women's 1/2 and is tall. It is a perfect coat but the Small was a bit TOO small so exchanged it for a Medium. The Medium gave her the perfect room for wearing sweaters and other layers; the sleeves were long enough in the Medium to keep her hands covered with gloves and not expose the wrists. It is such a popular coat it cannot be found anywhere else any longer - and there is good reason. It is high quality, beautiful fit once you size up, and the style is never out of style! We all give it a 5 star rating!

Brought it to Kilimanjaro and it got down to 20 degrees at the top and I was too warm. It will keep you warm in arctic conditions. It is heavy so not for backpacking but great for anything else.

I am 5'5", 128 pounds, and always wear a size small, but in this coat the small was definitely too small. In particular, the arms were really short! As others have said, it's also quite bulky. It was cute, though, and warm.

This is my first one, and I'm confident it will keep me nice and warm! The coldest I've gotten to wear it so far is about 40 degrees, and I got so warm I had to take it off. This coat is WARM. I was concerned it would look too young, but it looks nicer than I expected. The only con is how shapeless it is. I'm a petite person, and I feel like this coat makes me look like the Michelin tire man. It's definitely bulkier than the picture. I still love it though and would rather be warm than freezing in one of my slimmer fashionable coats.
I bought the black one in a size small. I am 5'6, 120lbs, and the coat fits perfectly. -
