Finally found some here at Sierra and ordered right away. I wear it over a t-shirt for work; perfect for cool weather, and part of my layering in colder weather. Very soft and comfy. True tall; sleeves don't climb my arms when I bend my elbows. Pretty true to size, or even a bit over, after washing. I'm between XL and 2X depending on brand. This shirt in 2XT fits pretty loose (good for my layering over stuff); if I were wearing it by itself or for non-work activities, I'd wear an XLT. Only wish is that they had more left. If you see a size and color that suit, grab it. You'll like it.
