They are very comfortable, though made of a heavier fabric that wears a bit on the warm side (of course, they will probably last longer, too). I'm 5'8" 140# with an athletic build. The blue pair is a size 8 and fits a bit big; the cream pair is a size 6 and fits snuggly (but not too tight).

At Sierra's super price with discount I bought in the bright green, took in the width at the hem, rolled the hem edge and I have this season's "look" on the cheap. This is a well made pant, better than the big box discount stores wear and at a better price! Slight shrinkage when washed cold and fully dried in dryer (which I wanted). I suspect I'll love these when we finally see spring! True to size chart.

I am 4'10", weigh 110 lbs (have been loosing weight) so I have had to buy new clothes....I have been buying size 6, petite in pants....they usually fit pretty good. Unfortunately, I could not get the petite but got regular. in these clam diggers. The waist sat below the belly button, good fit from there to the crotch....the legs were a little baggy and the bottom of the leg was really big and somewhat bulky.......not very flattering on me. The length came at least 7" below my knee.

The sturdyness of the material hides the booty problems, and the higher back means no plumbers butt sticking out for me who is 6ft tall. big plus. Nice one, thank you.
