I ordered a M. It fits like a large. But a small would have been too short. I am 5'7". Even the sleeves seem wide. I love the colors and the yarn is nice,thick and soft. I don't know how it will wash, though. The V-neck is a little low for me so I wear a cami underneath.

My arms are long so the sleeve length was typical. The fit is boxy. Would be more flattering if it were slightly longer and not so wide. I normally wear size 8 and the sweater (size S) is very wide. I love the color so I'm keeping it even though it isn't the best fit. I haven't washed it yet.

After wearing this sweater over a cotton t-neck to work, I was very warm in it, which is a bad thing because I couldn't show it off (I had to take it off). Since I love woolly sweaters, I didn't find it to be as itchy as I had expected; on the contrary, it's very soft and lightweight ( an important plus for me).

This sweater is not what I expected, but I have decided to keep it. I loved the color and it's very warm. Not great that it's wide and short, it looks not bad but not like on the picture.
