Although there is some gapping in the armholes, the other great features work well for my outdoor needs. So it's a keeper. Love the quality and workmanship of the Woolrich brand; note that I am usually a medium in Woolrich shirts and coats but I had to order a small in the vest.

Loved the material and the vest out of the box, but when I put it on, there was weird gapping at the chest/arm holes. I'm a pretty true medium, sometimes a small (bra size 34C). I decided on a small in this vest because I like vests more fitted for warmth. The arm holes kind of jutted out. If I would have gone with the medium, it would've been too big on the sides, and I'm not convinced the arm hole thing would've been resolved. Ordered one for my mom too, and it fit her better, but was kind of average looking. Returned both. Materials and workmanship seemed to be quality, just not hot on the fit. If you are flatter chested, maybe this would work better for you?

About Woolrich

The esteemed Woolrich clothing company has come a long way since the early 1800s, when founder John Rich sold socks to logging camps from the back of his mule cart. By 1830, Rich had built America’s first woolen mill in Pennsylvania, and it wasn’t long before Woolrich blankets and clothing became a household name. Over the years, this trusted American brand has enhanced its woolens and other fabrics with contemporary textures, dying techniques and washes, all designed to improve performance and comfort for the modern consumer. Today, after nearly two centuries of putting customers first, Woolrich bedding and clothing is still beloved by those who enjoy the great outdoors and all those who appreciate quality.
