    Got three sets to use as hors d'oeuvres plates. The glaze is clear and consistent and the colors are fairly muted, basically a dark burgundy red rim, a sage green rim, a tan rim, and a bright red brown rim; not crazy about the brown but the other colors are fine. The small size is absolutely appropriate for nibbles and canapes.

    I couldn't find small little microwaveable plates to match my corningware, but these fit the bill very well. They are small enough to microwave a muffin sandwich or piece of pie. they don't match, but are very attractive.

    These are very attractive plates for a small serving (brownie, hors d'oeuvres). However, they chip easily! First day of use, I very lightly bumped one plate against another while loading the dishwasher, and a big chunk came off the edge. Nice, but NOT sturdy or durable.
