    • Answer Most manufacturers do not have temperature ratings for their garments due to the number of factors that affect how warm a garment may keep you. This item is designed to be used as a layering piece.     • Answer I've been comfortable in it down to the low 40s/upper 30s, and it is somewhat wind resistant. Any colder, though, and it needs warm layers underneath.
