Most Helpful 5-Star Review

5.0 out of 5 stars. Perfect for summer!

I love this shirt! Wasn't so sure I would like it, after reading some of the reviews, but decided to take a chance anyway because the muted colors are so appealing for late summer. I was very happy to find how lightweight the jersey is and how easy the fit – this doesn't hug the body like a regular T-shirt (and it's cut shorter), so there's actually some air flow. The scooped neckline is much more comfortable than a crew neck, and I can wear this shirt even when it's hot out. Then I can layer it in the Fall. The few gathers at the front neckline allow for subtle draping to accommodate a real bustline too. Would get one in every color, but my size (M) is now all gone!

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Light weight and loose fitting

If you are looking for something that hugs your body, keep on looking, because this isn't it. While some don't like its looseness, that's precisely why I got it. I always need something in my closet for those days when I am feeling fat! While I haven't put this through the wash yet (not warm enough to wear it yet either), I suspect I will line dry it, given the low marks others have rated it for coming out of the dryer poorly. It does say it is 100% cotton, so I would expect there to be shrinkage, but I would also expect the shrinkage to be overall, and not spotty. I will cross that bridge when I get to it. Otherwise, the material feels very nice. It's thin and comfortable, and will make a good summer throw on.
  • 2.0 out of 5 stars. Pretty top, just hangs too loosely

The fabric is a bit stretchy -- which makes the top hang in a non-flattering way (even in the smallest size). Too bad, nice color.
  • 1.0 out of 5 stars. Do not dry this top in the dryer

The washing instructions for this top say it can be washed and put in the dryer. I did this and the garment did not hang straight. I sent it back.
  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Nice jersey top

I love this top, it has a nice style and drape. Very comfortable. Runs true to size.
  • 1.0 out of 5 stars. Don't machine wash

A very pretty shirt. However, I machine washed it and the fabric no longer hangs straight. Returning it. Too bad - great blue/green color.
