Woolrich Pemberton Pants - Stretch Twill (For Women)

I needed pants that would be comfortable and dry quickly for a trip to the great Northwest. These fit the ticket and are nicely tailored to wear as nice casual wear as well as exploring outdoors. However, I ordered in my regular size and they were too big in the waist as well as much too long. I exchanged them for a size down-much better but still too long. I will have them hemmed up and still come out saving money at the bargain price I paid for the pants!

I had high hopes for this from reading the reviews. I disagree with one who said that these would be comfy for a long flight. My pair was scratchy, rough, and not all that stretchy. I was planning on using these for outdoor vacations, birding, hiking or safari, but these did not fit the bill. The rise was too short, and when I pulled them down lower, they kind of bunched up in the crotch. Plus they were really long. I am 5'4" with short legs, so I expect pants to be long, so that wasn't a big deal, but I usually wear an 8-10, got these in an 8 which was way too big in waist, and snug everywhere else. They seemed like nice pants, sturdy, but scratchy. If you can find the right fit, maybe they would be good for you. They are going back.

I'm 60 years old and have problems finding pants with a large enough waistband and that don't pull down in the back. These do both. If you are between sizes - you probably can order the smaller size, like I did. These are great for work and for out later.

I ordered 5 pairs for work. I do landscaping type work and must wear long pants. These pants are very comfortable and stretch so jumping in and out of trucks, climbing trees, and any other movement is not restricted by the pants. They were at an unbeatable close-out price too.
