So I ordered these online in a Small which indicated it was between a 6.5 and a 7.5 in size. When they arrived, the bottom of the sole said 6.5 to 7.5 and I thought they would be just a little big. I put them on and they just fit. There was no room at all between my big toe and the end of the slipper. They are warm and comfortable, but I would get a medium if they were available in that size.
