This turtleneck fits very well, has a flattering neckline that falls somewhere between a traditional turtle and a cowl -- soft and classy. The fabric is *not* see-through, as I have read on other websites. I wore one today in bright sunlight, with flesh-colored underthings, and I could *not* see thr... Read More

Not a warm turtleneck, but very soft and light. Great turquoise/teal color. The pattern comes from thinner places in the weave -- makes me wonder if it will hold up, but I like it very well so far. Nice under a sweater or jacket.

This is a soft, roomy turtleneck with a jacquard twist! It's lightweight due to the "burn-out" feature, and layers really well. It's dressy enough to wear with a jacket, and casual enough to put under my favorite hoodie. I wish it came in more colors!

Great, inexpensive turtleneck. I have a long torso and a bit of a belly, so clingy, short turtlenecks are out of the question. This covers the problem areas and is thick enough so that if I get too hot teaching in a sweater, this can reasonably stand on its' own.

About Woolrich

The esteemed Woolrich clothing company has come a long way since the early 1800s, when founder John Rich sold socks to logging camps from the back of his mule cart. By 1830, Rich had built America’s first woolen mill in Pennsylvania, and it wasn’t long before Woolrich blankets and clothing became a household name. Over the years, this trusted American brand has enhanced its woolens and other fabrics with contemporary textures, dying techniques and washes, all designed to improve performance and comfort for the modern consumer. Today, after nearly two centuries of putting customers first, Woolrich bedding and clothing is still beloved by those who enjoy the great outdoors and all those who appreciate quality.
