These will be so sweeeeet, dead of winter. I cut off all the fringe around the top, and the fringe and beads off the back tassle, except for two little pieces (see contributed pic). • I never noticed if they did or didn't, I teach Pre-K and am on my feet all day and found them very comfortable. Hope this helps, they are a great boot.

    • I think the leather loosens up a bit. I typically wear a 10M in most of my shoes and ordered the same in both available colors in these mocs and the fit was fine. I would think if you went up a size they would just be longer in length not wider.

    • I didn't experience the leather loosening up. Mine were super comfortable right out of the box and still are. I had had my eye on these in the Sundance catalog and couldn't believe my good fortune to find them on STP. I'd recommend trying the larger size just in case. Love them with cropped jeans and skirts. Hope this helps.

About Woolrich

The esteemed Woolrich clothing company has come a long way since the early 1800s, when founder John Rich sold socks to logging camps from the back of his mule cart. By 1830, Rich had built America’s first woolen mill in Pennsylvania, and it wasn’t long before Woolrich blankets and clothing became a household name. Over the years, this trusted American brand has enhanced its woolens and other fabrics with contemporary textures, dying techniques and washes, all designed to improve performance and comfort for the modern consumer. Today, after nearly two centuries of putting customers first, Woolrich bedding and clothing is still beloved by those who enjoy the great outdoors and all those who appreciate quality.
