    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I am 5'10" tall and 140lbs. The picture made this top look long and lean. It was just the opposite. It hit just below my navel, and hung out around the waist at least 3" on each side. The stretch was minimal. I'm a Jazzercise instructor, and there's no way I could have moved well in this top if it had fit. Sent it back.

    The shirt does not wick moisture, so on a hot day it holds sweat like cotton and becomes heavy.It is not very big so its not that bothersome to me. For the price its a bargain but I would not wear to a race.

    I only use this top for light movements: bras aren't comfortable under it, and it has no support, only compression. That said, it is a great swim top, good to wear when hosing kids or horses, and perfect for canoeing because it dries quickly. On our steamy Southern nights it is stylish enough to wear while cooking out. After a couple of washes, it becomes very soft and easy on your skin.
