No, I would not recommend this to a friend
“I am 5'5" with short legs. These pants were too short to be called pants and too long to be considered capris. Reluctantly, I'll be sending them back because otherwise the color, style and quality was good. I wouldn't recommend these unless you are shorter and plan to wear flats.”
