Great for any scissors task, but especially suited for any messy chore such as trimming skin and fat from chicken pieces. Simply twist apart to clean each side, then twist back together when done! Voila, like new!

Trimming chicken breasts, cutting up pita bread into slices, making little grape bunches for snacks; there's so many uses for them. They come apart and go back together easily, go in the dishwasher, and can be sharpened. Great purchase!
