Wusthof Silverpoint Santoku Knife and Sharpener Set
Overstock. Excellent for chopping, mincing and more, Wusthof's Silverpoint santoku knife includes a sharpener to keep the blade as razor sharp as its first time out of the box.

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Yori from Israel on Saturday, June 7, 2014This is not the real thing - the knife is light and the blade doesn't look solid. It will do for occasional cutting, but not your kitchen workhorse. Haven't tested the sharpener yet, so no comment on that one.
Reviewed by zz's mom from moontana on Friday, August 30, 2013awesome knife. it's lightweight, so initially I thought " this is going back", but I decided to give it a try and it's a great knife. the sharpener is also a grea bonus, really can' say enough about it. lol, I work in a restaurant and I used it on everything. A+

Reviewed by Teri from Santa Cruz, CA on Monday, May 20, 2013Many other reviews said the knife was flimsy while some reviews raved about how sharp it was. It was both flimsy and sharp. I have only used it once because I opt to use my better quality knife which I purchased for less. Had I known just how flimsy this one was I probably wouldn't have purchased it so I'll just keep it as a spare when I have a guest or one of my kids come visit and wanting to help out in the kitchen. I'd recommend spending more on a better quality knife.

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Lars I from Honolulu on Tuesday, July 17, 2012Knife is very sharp. Too soon to see how it holds up. The sharpener did not work on my old dull santoku knife. Could have been technique, but it's hard to see how. Same knife, without sharpener, was 3X the price at a local kitchen specialty store.
