Yaktrax Winter Traverse Traction Pull-Ons (For Men and Women)

Great product...have seen in the flyers for years but our February snows and melts have proved too tracherous for me this year falling on ice several times. Enough was enough...these are perfect for snowblowing or simply walking on icy spots. Dhould have purchased years ago.

takes the worry out of walking in icy conditions. I may be too hard on them, though, as I do have to replace them nearly every year.

So far so good. Got them in the mail and checked out the quality, which I was impressed with. I ordered a Medium and have a 8.5 foot size...so I was worried they may not fit...they went on effortlessly. Weight was a concern as they will be used for backpacking, but they are very lightweight. Very pleased, and the price was perfect.

Bought a pair for me and my boyfriend for walking the dog in icy conditions. It was such a warm winter, we have only used them once, but they were perfect. Easy on/off, provided traction walking up and down ramps to the walking bridge, felt steady and stable throughout the 3 mile walk. Also so affordable on this site that I bought another two sets to give to friends who were complaining about turned ankles from sliding on the ice.

I use these w/my son on the pond out back.

Whenever there is ice underfoot (after falling and cracking pelvic bone) I use these. You must be careful and take them off when you enter onto hard surface, slick flooring; but so worth the effort to have the security outside.

I love these Yaktrax products. I live in the Chicago area and we tend to have icy walk ways during the winter season. I have a Siberian Husky I have to walk multiple times everyday. Any sidewalk that isn't salted these Yaktrax are awesome on. I have no fear of slipping or falling. Sadly this year we have not had much snow or freezing rain. Hoping for it soon. Only downfall to the product: Color Grey and blue works and matches for me perfectly, but I'm sure everyone else will prefer other colors. Durability Sadly the metal coils, I call them, tend to break, bend, or snap apart over time. Last year my pair lasted nearly a month, but they did get heavily used last season. Also the coils catch on the carpeting. I recommend the Yaktrax, but you may want more than one if you use these regularly.
