    Jacket is soft, though maybe a bit itchy on bare neck. Others have said it is small at bust but I think it is not meant to overlap in front but hang straight. Too soon to wear in my warm climate but I expect it to be easy, comfortable and elegant

    The jury is still out for me on this jacket. I wore it yesterday and it is warm, fits well, flattering and I could wear the black with jeans or for a more dressy night out. It is very soft. It has no closures, but one could be creative and improvise with a pin or something if they wanted to close it. It falls nicely and fits very well. The picture makes it look like it is really loose fitting, but it really is not. In fact, the fit is very flattering to all body types (I would think). I guess the only thing that I am not sure about is the fabric although I love the feel of alpaca......it is kind of fleec-y, "long haired". But it is very, very soft and looks like it will wear very well. I'm keeping it and will probably wear it ALOT!!!

    I *love* this jacket. I would love one in every color. True the collar rolls a bit - this is an unstructured coat but it is a quality piece that will last forever and never go out of style. I can pair it with jeans or dresses - layered it keeps me toasty warm on the coldest day. Alpaca is luxury and you can't beat the price anywhere! Alpaca scarves can cost more!

    I bought red and am so glad I did it. The color is rich. Material has short nap and feels soft. Jacket is unlined and is smooth inside. Due to the material and unlined construction, the jacket feels less stiff and structured as compared to traditional blazer. The lapel folds back slightly but do not expect it to lay flat like most blazer. Nevertheless, it is luxurious looking, feels nice to the touch and high-end.

    I ordered this jacket in red and it is gorgeous. The color is so beautiful; and it looks high-end. Jacket has short nap and feels soft. Too bad it's not 100% alpaca. No, it does not feel itchy, despite being unlined. Lapel is unstructured (not stiff, and does not lie flat like traditional blazer) but fit my purpose fine. It is well-constructed: inside seams all covered with seam binding. There is no button and no pocket. You have to see it to believe it. I can't speak for the other colors, but the red is amazing. I would not pay full price, but at STP price, it is worth it.
