    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    I am petite and a size 2 fit great, although the sleeves are a bit long. Overall, the design is very flattering with its cutaway front and soft, flowing rayon/silk material. Velvet is a pretty versatile material that could be dressed up or down. The jacket actually looks better in person because you have to feel the material and see the workmanship to really appreciate it.

    This is a beautiful jacket. The styling is extremely attractive, the fabric is luxurious, and it seems very well made. A tip: the jacket seems to run a bit large both overall and in sleeve length. I typically wear an 8 or 10 and have long arms. After checking other reviews for this brand I ordered a size 8. It fits perfectly.
