Closeouts. Amazing performance and edgy side graphics make Zeal’s Detonator goggle one of the brand’s best-selling snow goggles. Polarized lenses are tinted to work in any light conditions, fighting glare and producing high-contrast vision all over the mountain.

Pros:
Cuts Glare, Good Visibility, Lens Quality, Lightweight
Cons:
Dull finish, Helmet compatibility
Best Uses:
Skiing, Snowboarding
Describe Yourself:
Advanced
Sizing:
Feels true to size
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I love polarized lenses in my sunglasses so I figured they would be great in a goggle. The lenses are very nice and the tint seems good, but the frames and finish seem fairly poor for a premium goggle. The frame finish is flat and grainy, it does not cover all the exposed surfaces, The fit isn't quite right with my older Giro Ravine helmet. I have used Smith and Bolle in the past.

I have only been able to try them on around the house, but the goggles seem to be very good quality. You cannot beat the price for polarized goggles! I hope they perform as well as i think they will.

ski over 100 days a year. can see various contours very easily. would like the lens to be a little larger. love the extended nose piece - keeps the nose covered from sun.

Overall a good pair of goggles, works well with a helmet as far as it still sits sits against my face instead of bending outward. But it does leave a little bit of your forehead exposed to drafts due to the indent over the nose not matching the straight brow line of a helmet. Also the tint gets a little dark when going through shaded areas. Overall I would buy them again. I got them for about the same price as a pair of replacement lenses (I think they are the 2008 model) so I don't have to worry about scratching them up, especially sine I take so many spills as a beginner.
