The cut is higher through the chest and underarm area than most tanks but not restrictive or binding. It has a good length and did not shrink up after laundering.

But at such a great price I figured I'd get one in each color. It was a great decision because this is a truly flattering tank with a perfect bra-strap-covering, cleavage-free scoop neck. It also covers that little fleshy bit under the arm. It fits snug, which I normally dislike, but somehow it manages to smooth and flatter without making me look like a stuffed sausage. The seams are finished nicely and the fabric is so smooth that I could actually wear this to work under a blazer. Love it!
