I've noticed that it blocks the wind well too. Good rain protection as water beads up on the fabric, yet the fabric is breathable and prevents moisture build-up.

Reviewed by Golf nut from Colorado on Wednesday, February 27, 2013Sleeve cuffs are probably too thick to allow gripping a club, although i cannot tell right now since there is snow on the ground here. Will probably not use this for playing golf, which is what I bought it for. Works well for other outdoor sports such as cross country skiing and snowshoeing, although the jacket length is a tad shorter than I would like.
